Refund and Cancellation Policy

1. No Refund Policy
All services at Ella’s Beauty are non-refundable. Due to the nature of beauty and permanent makeup treatments, results may vary based on individual skin type, lifestyle, and aftercare. Once a service has been completed, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
2. Payment Terms
- All payments are made in person via cash or debit card only.
- We do not accept online payments at this time.
- Any promotional offers or discounts must be applied at the time of booking and cannot be added afterward.
3. Cancellations & Rescheduling
We require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
- More than 24 hours’ notice – You may reschedule your appointment without penalty.
- Less than 24 hours’ notice – May result in a rebooking fee before securing a new appointment.
- No-Show Policy – Clients who fail to attend their appointment without notice may be required to pay a fee before rebooking.
4. Late Arrivals
We allow a 15-minute grace period for late arrivals. If you arrive later than 15 minutes past your appointment time, we may need to reschedule or cancel your appointment depending on availability.
5. Service Satisfaction
- If you have any concerns about your treatment, please notify us immediately after your appointment.
- Adjustments may be available, but only within 48 hours of your treatment and at our discretion.
