How much is a full set of acrylic nails?
A full set of acrylic nails is £33 and includes a plain gel polish finish in your choice of colour. This covers standard length and shape. Nail art or custom designs can be added at your appointment based on your preference.
Can I get matching acrylic nails and painted toes?
Yes, we can match your toes and nails in the same shade. Be sure to book both a nail enhancement and a toe paint or pedicure together so we allocate enough time.
Do you offer builder gel for weak nails?
Yes, we offer builder gel for clients who want a more natural and flexible option. It’s ideal for anyone with weakened nails or those looking to grow and strengthen their natural nails.
Do you do acrylic pedicures?
Yes, acrylic pedicures are available at our salon. These include acrylic enhancements applied to toenails and are ideal for long-lasting toe designs.
Can I book nails and another treatment in one visit?
Yes, multiple services can be booked together in one appointment. Select all treatments when booking online so we can schedule enough time.

Does a lash lift include a tint?
Yes, all of our lash lifts include a tint. This enhances the lift by darkening your natural lashes, giving a fuller look without mascara.
Can I book a brow wax and tint for a specific day?
Yes, simply choose your preferred day and time when booking online. This treatment is quick and easy to schedule.
Do I need a consultation before microblading?
A consultation is included in your appointment. A patch test is required at least 24 hours before and takes around 10 to 15 minutes.
Do you offer brow lamination?
Yes, brow lamination is available and helps lift and shape brows for a fuller, groomed look that lasts several weeks.
How do I choose lamination or microblading?
Microblading suits sparse brows. Lamination enhances natural hairs. We can advise you before starting your treatment.

How do I book an appointment?
All appointments are booked through our secure online system. You can choose your treatments, view availability, and manage bookings anytime. Click here to book your appointment.
Is a deposit required?
Yes, a deposit is required to secure your booking. This is deducted from the total, with the remaining balance paid in the salon.
Can I reschedule my appointment?
Yes, appointments can be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice using your booking confirmation or by contacting us.
Can I walk in without a booking?
Walk-ins are welcome when availability allows, but booking online is recommended to secure your preferred time.
Can I change my treatment when I arrive?
Yes, your preferences are confirmed on arrival and treatments can be adjusted before we begin.
Do you offer discounts on certain days?
Yes, enjoy 10% off when booking Monday to Thursday. Discounts are applied automatically online.
Do you offer last-minute deals?
Yes, last-minute availability is occasionally released at a discount and shared on our social channels.

Do both salons offer all treatments?
No. Our Grimsby salon offers the full treatment menu, while Cleethorpes focuses on core beauty services.
Which salon should I choose for multiple treatments?
For multiple or advanced treatments, we recommend booking at our Grimsby salon.
Do I need a patch test before my treatment?
Patch tests are required for permanent makeup only. This takes around 10 to 15 minutes and must be completed at least 24 hours before.
